The Port of Antwerp has the ambition to expand its container shortsea network with Norway, Spain, UK and Ireland.
Initial discussions with shippers indicate that there is a demand to route cargo via the port of Antwerp or shift cargo from truck to sea. Cost savings, less emissions, flexibility, etc... are a few potential advantages.
In cooperation with the Belgian Shippers' Council OTM, the Belgian Federation of Chemical Industry and Life Sciences essenscia and our partners in the above mentioned markets, the Antwerp Port Authority launches a short survey.
The aim is to identify your cargo flows for which a regular service through Antwerp could be of interest to you.
If you control such a cargo flow, please complete the following short survey (+/- 4 minutes).
Parties that express themselves will be given feedback about the results. Your input will be treated confidentially and only used in aggregated terms.
