MiniStage is the industry’s most compact motorized hybrid stepper actuator. It combines the core AMETEK Haydon Kerk Pittman hybrid actuator and lead screw technology with the guidance and load handling capacities of a recirculating ball bearing profile rail. The guide rail provides high load capacity, long performance life with maintenance-free operation, and guiding accuracy. The integration of the lead screw directly into the hybrid stepper motor without the use of a coupling results in a shorter overall product length (with a ride height of only 15.5mm).
MiniStage is delivered as a fully assembled and tested solution from a single supplier. Combining these technologies into a single solution saves time & money, reduces supply chain risks, and it makes it easier for our customers to focus on end-product design.
