The Value of Being Green
Ben Rabe from Fresh Energy will share on how appraisers can add more value to their business by learning the basics of what makes a house more energy efficient. Ben will talk about everything from heating systems, doors, windows, lighting, appliances and renewable energy. Though there are not a lot of home energy ratings out there, attendees will learn about what it is and how it can increase the value of a home.
