Run to make a difference
Come out for our 4th annual fun run at Lake Calhoun on Saturday, October 21! Runners and walkers are invited to participate and help us raise money for the MAAR Foundation. Family, friends, clients, strollers and dogs are all welcome.
Gather your best Halloween or fun costume to wear for the event. You could win a prize for best dressed! Categories are individual and group costumes.
Proceeds benefit the MAAR Foundation who supports housing related programs and services directed to or organized for low-income households. Everyone deserves a place to call home.

It also puts consumers at risk for cyber security issues. Technology has also changed what consumers are looking for in a home. At Tech Byte 2017, you will learn how to protect yourself and consumers from inaccurate information online and potential cyber scams, and understand the smart home technology demand.
The courses offered at Tech Byte are approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for a total of 6.00 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education

WEEKLY MARKET ACTIVITY REPORT
"Few cities and neighborhoods – around the nation and locally – are turning heads as hotbeds of new housing inventory. Residential real estate markets that have had a hard time dealing with a reduction in the number of homes available for sale are now also struggling to keep up with new listings levels from last year. While it's true that builder confidence is up, it will take time before any sort of new development spawns a significant change in trend direction." | MORE
