The Minneapolis Area REALTORS® Board of Directors Election opens up to eligible voters on August 13. Pathways to Professionalism - Code of Ethics 2017/18
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 2.5 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education
 
Failure to complete the required periodic (every 2 years) ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed. A $100 reactivation fee will be applied.

"The U.S. Labor Department reported that the economy added 157,000 jobs in July, marking 93 months in a row of job additions. Beginning in October 2010, that is the longest streak of monthly employment growth on record. The unemployment rate dropped to a historically low 3.9 percent, and wage growth remained at an annual rate of 2.7 percent. Meanwhile, escalating tariff conflicts with U.S. trade partners have not yet impacted the day-to-day housing market, but builders have indicated that lumber tariffs are increasing prices for new homes." Registration is OPEN! New this year is the Housing and Economic Symposium held at the Bloomington Center for the Arts on Friday, September 14. Come for a half-day to hear from Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist at NAR and Ron Wirtz from Federal Reserve Bank. Our friends from The Mapping Prejudice Project will also be there to share valuable information. CE will be available. You won't want to miss out. This event is coming fast!

The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota (“County”) is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Brokerage and Salesperson Services to assist the Resident and Real Estate Services Department with the successful sale of tax-forfeited real estate, including, but not limited to, tax-forfeited homes rehabilitated through the Small Business Enterprise Home Rehabilitation Pilot Program.
