The Minnesota REALTORS has passed a new Citation Policy beginning June 1, 2018, as part of the preliminary procedures and initial review by the Grievance Review Panel when filing complaints through the Minnesota REALTORS Professional Standards Program. What is the Citation Policy, how will it work, and who does it involve will be addressed during this MAAR's Broker Meeting with guest speaker Jonathan Kopecky, JD, Associate Legal Counsel with the Minnesota REALTORS.
