Run to make a difference
Come out for our 4th annual fun run at Lake Calhoun on Saturday, October 21! Runners and walkers are invited to participate and help us raise money for the MAAR Foundation. Family, friends, clients, strollers and dogs are all welcome.
Gather your best Halloween or fun costume to wear for the event. You could win a prize for best dressed! Categories are individual and group costumes.
Proceeds benefit the MAAR Foundation who supports housing related programs and services directed to or organized for low-income households. Everyone deserves a place to call home.

Will we see you at Tech Byte?

Wednesday, October 18, 2017 (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

We're looking forward to a day packed full of industry knowledge and technology tools to help you better serve your clients. Attendees will hear from engaging speakers, stroll through the vendor expo and network with fellow REALTORS® in a hip and unique venue.
In addition to participating in the events of the day, we ask that if you have gently used books (appropriate for ages 3 - 18) to donate to our Print for Good book drive, please bring them with you. We'll have a kiosk near registration to drop in your book donations. Thank you!
The courses offered at Tech Byte are approved by the MN Commissioner of Commerce for a total of 6.00 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education

WEEKLY MARKET ACTIVITY REPORT
"Many potential buyers are simply not on the market during this time of year, as school-aged children settle into routines and the gainfully employed focus more on end-of-year goals and holiday planning over taking on a big move. But not all buyers are equal. Consider instead the first-time buyers with no children, relocated employees, investment buyers, bargain hunters and those with generally fewer ties to established routines." | MORE
