In this session, Matthew Boyer, Audit Director will be discussing the background of the DOC; the processes and procedures when someone files a compliant, common complaints filed and what is and is not an actionable item. We will see some example of complaints and findings, and preventative measures brokers can practice in order to avoid complaints.
