MARKET ACTIVITY
Weekly Market Activity Report

"After at least two years of hearing reports that both sellers and builders are gaining in confidence due to an expected positive return on investment, we are starting to see some upward movement in the New Listings metric locally and throughout the nation. Although there may not necessarily be positives from week to week, a longer-term improvement trend would not be a surprise at this point." VIEW REPORT

SOCIAL CORNER
A Home for Female Veterans Project

The collaborative project began when a member's client approached the MAAR Foundation to donate land in Maplewood. The relationship with BATC - Housing First Minnesota, Lennar and the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans was formed. The house will be home to five female veterans and their families. We broke ground on the lot on April 26. A big thank you to those involved in this great project!
