THE FOUNDATION 30 YEAR ANNIVERSARY GALA

What a night to remember! The Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® Foundation celebrated over 1 million dollars given in 30 years on Thursday, September 6 at Nicollet Island Pavilion. Attendees participated in a wine toss, beer toss and silent auction during the cocktail reception. The program included dinner, The Legacy Award presented to Donnie Brown and presentations from friends of the Foundation. A Live Auction was also a highlight of the night. Thank you to our wonderful emcees, Kath Hammerseng and Shannon Brooks, and to all who have given over the years.

Our members and friends of the Association were able to donate over $70,000 to housing organizations in need. | PHOTOS

MARKET ACTIVITY
Weekly Market Activity Report

"At this time of year, there tends to be a final push to get a housing deal done before a natural switch in focus toward the likes of back-to-school needs, home preparation for colder weather and even pre-planning for winter holiday and leisure travel. Although there doesn't appear to be a huge national increase in sales compared to last year, there also isn't any overt let-down. Residential real estate is healthy now and should continue to be healthy into the fall and winter seasons" VIEW REPORT
