The commercial system enables brokers and agents to pull street level data to enhance their marketing material. Provides free access to the commercial forms you will need to close your deals. Expert legal professionals available to guide brokers on any commercial real estate related challenge. Either in office or on-site the support team will help resolve any technology challenges you may have.

PRIMARY REALTOR® MEMBER: Licensed broker or salesperson who IS NOT currently a primary member of another REALTOR® Association. This means that you pay NAR and FR annual dues through FGCAR to enable you access to the FREE services detailed above. You can use the title of REALTOR® if you wish. To enable your membership, payment must be submitted by the end of the calendar year. You will receive notices about the deadline.

SECONDARY REALTOR® MEMBER: Licensed broker or salesperson who is currently a Primary Member paying NAR and FR dues to another REALTOR® Association and requires the added benefits of FGCAR as a commercial professional.

INSTITUTE AFFILIATE MEMBER: Designee who elects to submit dues directly to NAR and FR via their certification organization. (ALCs, CREs, CPMs, CCIMs, SIORs) but wishes to take advantage of the benefits of FGCAR and its professional community.

FGCAR LOCAL INDIVIDUAL LICENSEE: Professional commercial real estate licensed broker or sales agent who wishes to enjoy the benefits and services that FGCAR offers for education and business building but does not wish to be recognized as a REALTOR®.
