Terms and Conditions

The promotion is valid until February 15th, 2024, at 11:59pm.

Participation is open to all existing and prospective customers of Promega AG located in Switzerland. Employees of Promega AG, as well as members of their families, are excluded from this activity.

Participation in the competition is free of charge. Each participant may submit only one entry.

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges within the Promega AG team, and 5 prize winners will be selected.

Only participants who submit a suitable scientific match answer and who have registered with all necessary details will be included for judging.

Winners will be announced on social media using their first and last names if consent was given to do so. Winners who did not give consent will be shared anonymously.

Winners will be notified by email, and prizes will be sent only to addresses in Switzerland.

By taking part in the competition, the participant agrees that Promega AG will save the necessary data for the purpose of this activity and for the duration of the activity and beyond. Legal actions are excluded.

Payment of the prize value in cash, exchange, or transfer of rights to the prize to third parties is excluded. It is the participant's responsibility to provide the correct address.

Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time, thus canceling their participation in the game.

Promega AG will not disclose any personal data of the participant to third parties.

Promega AG reserves the right to withdraw, modify, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
