Dealer acknowledges participation in the Ariens Lithium-Ion Battery Management Program and is entering into an agreement with Call2Recycle, Inc. (Call2Recycle) to properly transport and recycle Ariens li-ion high watt hour batteries.  Under this agreement, Call2Recycle will provide the following recycling services to the Dealer:  

  • End-of-Life Batteries:

Once properly packaged (on a pallet), Call2Recycle will transport and recycle palletized end-of-life batteries.  Costs include – transportation from Dealer to recycling facility, handling, recycling, and admin costs. 

  • Damaged, Defective & Recalled (DDR) Batteries:

Call2Recycle will provide a “Kit” to properly pack and compliantly ship up to two, damaged/defective batteries safely for recycling.  The “Kit” includes one 55-gallon drum, CellBlockEX (fire suppressant material), pallet, drum liner, two plastic bags, instructions, transportation to and from the Dealer, handling, recycling, and administrative costs.

The following terms and conditions apply:  

  • All invoices to be paid 30 days from invoice date.  Disputes must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Either party may terminate this agreement through a 30-day written notice.
  • Call2Recycle reserves the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day advance notice.
  • Any transaction with Call2Recycle and its subsidiaries may be subject to sales tax.
