NHI Update Email

Non-Human Interactions (NHI) Update: Cleaner Email Stats

Click introduces an enhanced NHI (Non-Human Interaction) filtering system to deliver more accurate, human-driven email engagement data, helping marketers refine strategies and boost real conversions. 

• More Accurate Stats: The NHI 2.0 filter cuts out MPP and fake or non-human activity. With machine learning and behavioral modeling, it keeps your campaign metrics accurate in real time. 
• Continuous Improvement: As campaigns run, machine learning gets better at understanding behavior, making your performance reports more accurate and reliable. 
• Enhanced Data for Business Success: Refined data improves strategic decision-making, and lead scoring while encouraging marketers to focus on conversions, and unique engagement metrics. 

Launching in the 26.03 release, the new NHI filter provides customers with better, more accurate email data by improving the detection of automated security-system opens and clicks.
