Click is deployed as a managed solution installed directly inside Microsoft Dynamics 365. The solution adds marketing entities, workflows, and components to your CRM environment and connects securely to Click cloud services for email delivery, tracking, web forms, and analytics.
Is Click compatible with Dynamics 365 On-Premise?
Yes. Click supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise environments, including version 9. The Click solution installs directly inside your Dynamics environment and integrates with your CRM data and processes.
What versions of Microsoft Dynamics are supported?
Click supports current versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and Dynamics 365 On-Premise, as well as supported versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and later.
Can marketing data remain inside our on-premise environment?
Click is a cloud-based marketing automation platform, but organizations with stricter security or network requirements can use the Secure Bridge Routing Connector (SBRC). SBRC routes communication between Dynamics 365 On-Premise and Click services through a secure bridge, giving additional control over how marketing data such as email events, form submissions, and tracking information is transmitted.
