IMPORTANT INFO: The auditorium is suitable for seminars, conferences and info sessions. The foyer (next to the auditorium) can be used for coffee breaks/receptions/lunch/dinners. The 'Event hall Marc Van Peel' is a multifunctional venue suitable for seminars, conferences, workshops, information sessions and, if requested, in combination with coffee breaks/reception and walking lunch/dinner. However, we cannot allow events that are not compatible with these locations. We therefore strongly suggest that you read our conditions carefully. You can find them linked at the bottom of this page. Please respect the dates of our tours when making reservations and please take into account the available hours and the maximum number of people.
