Fellowmind Sweden AB (“Fellowmind”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the “Easy FX”, "Easy Integrate", "Easy Contract" and "Easy Star" (the “Apps”) under the name Fellowmind Business Applications Apps. This page informs you of our policies regarding the apps (data collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive about or from users of the Apps.)

 

In order for you to be able to use the Apps, your employer or other principal (the “Principal” or the “Customer”) has submitted personal data (such as email address and password) to us. Your Principal and Fellowmind have entered into a data processing agreement covering any personal data processed by Fellowmind on behalf of your Principal. Your Principal is the Controller (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)) of your personal data and Fellowmind is a data processor of such. You can at any time contact your Principal for further information should you have any questions regarding our processing of your personal data on behalf of your Principal.

 

Fellowmind will also process personal data about you for its own purposes. Please see below further information about such processing.

As a consequence of you registering your contact details when downloading the Apps, Fellowmind will process personal data about you for our own purposes and as such be the Controller of such personal data (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)).

 

We will process your personal data for the purpose of making the Apps available to you. We will further use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information. Our processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Fellowmind and in our opinion, these interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Personal data processed by us is your contact information such as name and email address. Your personal data will be processed by relevant individuals within our sales and marketing organisation.

 

You have the right at any time to request access to and obtain confirmation of the existence of any personal data regarding you in Fellowmind’s possession and to find out its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its updating or correction. Under certain circumstances you can also request erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, object to processing or request a transfer of data in a machine-readable format to another data Controller.

 

While using our Apps, we do not collect personally identifiable data or log data. Microsoft Dynamics 365 collects user log data, but we (Fellowmind) do not access or collect this data. For information about data collection by Microsoft, please refer to the privacy policy from Microsoft, which you agreed to when purchasing your Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.

If you believe that we are not handing your personal data in a correct fashion you always have the right and possibility to turn to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) with your concerns.

 

If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
