As a leading proponent of diversity and inclusion in public civil law, Equal Justice Works is equally committed to increasing diversity at our annual Conference and Career Fairs (CCF). Equal Justice Works is therefore pleased to announce the CCF Diversity Scholarship. This scholarship is available to all students from historically underrepresented groups (including race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, first generation-college or law student, etc.). Applicants must demonstrate how they will positively contribute to the diversity of the CCF, and must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this scholarship.
  • Live more than 50 miles outside of the Washington DC metropolitan area.
  • Demonstrate financial need.
  • Must be registered to attend the 2019 CCF
The Equal Justice Works National Advisory Committee will choose ten recipients for individual Scholarships valued at $300 each. The scholarships are to be used specifically for travel expenses for attendance at the 2019 CCF.
