Weather Policy Reminder
Occasionally, MAR’s business hours may be altered or operations may be reduced or temporarily closed down due to inclement weather or emergency conditions. If threatening weather is forecast or occurs, refer to the local media or school websites. Except as noted below, the Association will follow the direction of the Edina School District. If the Edina School District has closed, then the Association will be closed for the day and all classes and events are cancelled. If Edina School District has a 2-Hour Delay, then the Association will have a 2-Hour Delay and morning classes and events will be cancelled. Should the Edina School District Close or be delayed due to temperature alone, the MAR Office will be opened with regular hours. Check mplsrealtor.com for updates on closures and late starts.

| SRES 2-Day Designation Course |
|
|
|
|
|
The 2-day SRES Designation course seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. The goal of the Senior Real Estate Specialist is to help 50+ consumers make wise decisions about selling the family home, age appropriate financing, buying rental property or owning real estate. This course will assist REALTORS in navigating their clients through the transitions in relation to housing choices.
This course has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 12.5 real estate continuing education credits
