What do you know about TISH?
Starting in January 15, 2020, the City of Minneapolis will include a new energy disclosure report in the Truth-in-Sale of Housing (TISH) program. The two-page ‘Asset-Based Energy Efficiency’ report will be part of the set of returned documents from the TISH inspection. READ FAQs

The Twin Cities real estate market started the fourth quarter of 2019 on a strong note with buyer and seller activity rising in October compared to 2018. Buoyed by historically low interest rates, the number of new listings and pending sales rose last month and the median price of a home also increased.

As a professional Dental Hygienist, Dawn is committed to her community and serving the needs of all people, both inside and outside the private practice dental setting.
Recently, Dawn provided over 120 dental cleanings and fluoride treatments, taking over 200 radiographs, placing over 150 sealants and aided placing anesthetic for dentists.
