Affordable housing was a key topic of Mayor Frey’s remarks. And MAR Research Director, David Arbit presented residential housing numbers at the Housing 2020: Session Preview hosted by Housing First MN. |

| MAR Foundation donates $1,000 to Francis Drake Hotel Fire Recovery Fund |

|
|
|
|
The Foundation contributed $1,000 to the Minnesota Helps – Drake Hotel Fire Recovery Fund as part of its mission to support local organization’s efforts to end homelessness. The fund is being administered by the Minneapolis Foundation which brings together local non-profits, civic leaders and donors to promote a stronger community. The MAR Foundation is proud to support such efforts in our community, so everyone has a place they can call home. All contributions to the Foundation are used to support our mission. MAR wants to support your fundraising efforts! Brokers can request a beautiful and practical home basket (valued at $200) now through February 14 for use at fundraising events. While there are many good causes, the fundraiser must be a broker event. 12 recipients will be selected.
