Thank you, Todd Urbanski!
This week we will pay tribute to our outgoing President Todd Urbanski at our annual Leadership Installation. The special day marks the official passing of the gavel to our 2020 president, Linda Rogers. 
2019 has been a year of positive transformation at the association with Todd at the helm. Here’s what he is most proud of as president: 
 
“At our November 2018 Board of Directors retreat, the team spent hours talking about and setting a goal to focus on the association’s organizational health, based on the book ‘The Advantage’. Fourteen months later, we have a new CEO who has been instrumental in building a strong organizational culture. While a culture transformation takes time and commitment from all levels of the association, I do think our MAR staff is right on track with what the Board of Directors discussed back at that 2019 retreat.”

New Broker Fundraiser Baskets
 
MAR wants to support your fundraising efforts! Brokers can request a beautiful and practical home basket (valued at $200) now through February 14 for use at fundraising events. While there are many good causes, the fundraiser must be a broker event. 12 recipients will be selected.

On January 15, 2020, the City of Minneapolis included a new energy disclosure report in the Truth-in-Sale of Housing (TISH) program. This change impacts REALTORS® when working in Minneapolis. It's important you are informed to better serve your consumers.
