New report shows proximity to public transit increases property values in the Twin Cities
 
According to a joint report released today by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), property located within a half mile of Minneapolis-St. Paul’s public transit systems is worth 4% more than similar properties not in close proximity to public transportation.

Hanover Area Food Shelf helps put food on the table for struggling families in the Hanover Area.
 
Dana and her 7-year-old son have had their own food drive for the past 3 years.  A mailing is sent to 300 homes and Dana and her son go door to door collecting the food.
