VACATION TIME
Full-time team members earn Vacation Time on a fiscal year basis between June 1 and May 31. Vacation time earned during this period is vested on May 1 and is to be used during the following fiscal year. A maximum of 80 hours of your previous years Vacation Time can be rolled over for use into the next fiscal year. All remaining vested vacation time in excess of 80 hours will be forfeited.
PERSONAL TIME
Full-time, part-time (PSA), Interns and other applicable temporary team members are eligible to accrue up to 48 hours of Personal Time per calendar year, earned at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked. The maximum Personal Time balance team members may carry at any time is 80 hours.
PARENTAL LEAVE
Boulay provides up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave to team members following the birth of a child(ren), or the placement of a child(ren) in connection with adoption or foster care. Individuals must meet the following criteria:
BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
Boulay provides eligible full-time and part-time (PSA) team members, regardless of length of service, with paid time away when a member of their immediate family dies. The team member will be allowed designated time off with pay as follows:
JURY DUTY LEAVE
Boulay will grant team members time off of work when summoned to serve on jury duty. When you receive a summons for jury duty, please notify Human Resources so that necessary work arrangements can be made regarding your potential absence. Whenever you are free from jury duty during your regular working hours, you are requested to return to work. Team members will be eligible to receive up to two weeks of paid jury duty leave each year, in addition to the jury duty pay received from the court. In the event that jury duty exceeds ten days, arrangements for coverage of work will be made with the team member on an individual basis. The team member may need to provide a copy of the relevant documentation to Human Resources for time off under this policy.
MILITARY LEAVE
Boulay will grant military leave as necessary in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Team members who are members of the Armed Forces of the United States, including the National Guard or reserve unit, will be allowed time off for voluntary or involuntary active or inactive duty or training. Regular full-time and part-time team members may request up to two weeks of paid military leave over any one-year period. Military leaves in excess of two weeks may be unpaid. A team member requesting time off for National Guard or reserve training or if ordered to active duty or enlistment must immediately discuss the Military Leave with Human Resources. Proof of military service may be required by the Firm. Upon return from Military Leave a team member will be reinstated as required by state and federal regulations.
